All subscriptions can be canceled before the due payment date. We make appropriate arrangements to assign your account outreach manager to another client. Since our work depends on highly manual activity on your behalf, we need to pre-assign staff to your profile. If your subscription has been paid, you can rest assured that we will continue your promotions and outreach for the next 30 days. There is no cancellation after the subscription payment has been processed unless we are unable to deliver and there is proof of no account growth.
You can request a refund if we have not been able to deliver growth. We want to make sure that we get you growth in your followers. If there has been no growth in your account reach and followers since our collaboration started, you are eligible for a 100% guaranteed refund.
If you did not get any order confirmation or intimation from us within the guaranteed time (72 hours not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund. We do not issue refunds if –
- Your promotion could not continue due to factors within your control (i.e. phone verifying your account, completing your profile acceptably)
- Your promotion could not continue due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of InstaMust (e.g. new policy updates from Instagram).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of InstaMust.com
- No payments from previous billed months will be refunded if the service has already been provided for the month.
*You can submit cancellation requests 7 days before your subscription renews and we will gladly assist you to cancel it. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
